Spring brings with it exciting new services, stylists and developments at Vespa Hair Design!

New Website & Online Booking Service

If you haven’t already seen it, please drop by Vespa’s new website, complete with a professional new design and informative content. www.vespahairdesign.com

In the upper right-hand corner of the website you’ll see a link to “Online Booking”, which will take you to a page with two options for booking an appointment. We are testing out a new online self-booking tool, which lets clients select their stylist (Sarah or Courtney), service, and preferred date and time – we encourage you to give it a try and let us know your feedback.

You can still book appointments using the traditional web form on the same page, as well as by phone or email. For appointments with Michael please email or phone in your request.

New Stylist Fluent in Sign Language

Sarah Eyland has joined Vespa Hair Design. Sarah hails from Halifax and is a great addition to our team with her enthusiasm for customer service and thirst for new knowledge in her chosen field. In addition to being an experienced colourist and stylist, Sarah is also a hair extension technician.

Sarah is fluent in both American and English sign language and is welcoming new clients – both hearing and hearing impaired.

New Services

We now offer a new colour treatment: Davines’ Glorifying Colour. This colour line highlights the characteristics of any type of coloured, bleached or highlighted hair to enhance and maintain colour over time. The pre-treatment, conditioning serum and colour lock result in luxurious sheen and condition. It’s great for all hair types, but if you have long hair or grey hair you will notice dramatic results.

With the addition of Sarah, we are now able to offer hair extension services. Please contact Sarah for details about the services, product selections and prices.

Construction Update

Demolition has been completed and construction of the new building in the back of our salon’s building has begun. The major work is slated for completion by the end of summer.

I continue to be appreciative of our clients’ tolerance of the construction-related drama. I promise that the end result will be fantastic and will enhance your experience here.
